Gluten free

I've been wheat and gluten free for a fair few months now, as well as most of my ailments disappearing I've noticed my energy levels slowing returning too. To begin with I began eating the same things over and over and then relying on Mr Sainsburys for bread, cakes etc, giving up completely baking at home, this is something I'd like to change, I'm on a mission to try and bake my own bread, cakes, pasties, make my own jam, soups, lemon curd ~ supplies for picnics by the sea. It's a slow process but I've already mastered my own natural yogurt, it tasted of summer and although only a small thing it made my heart leap! What will I make next?
