A little Spring knitting has been growing slowly, ever so slowly,

Stitch by colourful stitch,

Sometimes I go two rows forward three rows back, especially if I'm watching telly at the same time or it's late which it nearly always is when I can sit with time to knit,

As the pattern unfolds like a gentle waking flower, the strands on the back twist and wave like a calm sea warmed by the sun ready for toes and fishing nets, and bright plastic buckets,

And little faces looking for crabs, the tasty smells of Cornish pasties warm and ready to eat, I've been day dreaming a lot about beachy days with fishing boats and wonky cobbled streets I think it's the cold dismal Hampshire rain that's to blame!

Still it's perfect for cosy cottage evenings, sipping elderflower presse in front of a real fire with big wooly socks and my knitting growing slowly, ever so slowly stitch by stitch.
There's still a day for my giveaway if you'd like to enter.

Just love the pattern and the colours really stunning.
Thanks for your comment on my blog too! It can be tricky balancing everything that our lives seem to demand. Still we get there one stitch at a time.

Lovely hues - so punchy and cheerful, yet not full on blinding in any way. I'm sure this sweater will look terrific with a myriad of outfits.
Thank you sweetly for your comment on my post about what hair colour I use, I really appreciate your visit.
