About a month and a bit ago , maybe slightly longer I was contacted by a company called Novica, who asked if I'd like to choose a product, review it and maybe host a voucher giveaway too!
I hadn't heard of the company before but I was in for a pleasant treat. Novica works in association with National Geographic selling wares from many different artists and artisans around the world, like a big outdoor arty market all under one roof!
At first I couldn't choose between a soft beachy coloured shawl or a couple of lacquer boxes, one with the most delicate sketchy image of butterflies and flowers, and another the colour of midnight with a tiger picked out in burnt oranges and gold, in the end though I choose a special pair of earrings.
I never buy earrings as I'm terrible at not loosing them so fifty dollars worth of earrings was an extra special gift for me. As you can see they are a nice size but not heavy, in fact they are as light as a feather.
As the product ships direct from the maker I wrongly thought it would take a while for my earrings to arrive, and I was actually away when they came, my parcel was delivered via courier who quite happily redelivered, a box within a box, well wrapped with an artist bio card explaining their background and a handwritten postcard thanking me for my purchase, and at the time of ordering a little jewellery box came free too.
My whole experience with Novica was pleasant, from the well laid out website, to the initial friendly emails down to the product and just the ethos of the company in general and I'm happy to recommend them, and very happy with my earrings!
The only one thing I would say is that at first I wasn't sure if I would find anything for me as I'm a more vintage/cath K kinda girl but the stock is so vast and varied that there's something for everyone and you're supporting artists.

It must be an Brit thing, we don't get any offers like that here 'over the pond' I would love to join in if that is ok. Your earrings are beautiful, I have very small earlobes so have to be very careful with earrings, I miss out on some gorgeous ones. Am off to have a look around the website.
